Needle felting is one of those magical crafts that looks slightly suspicious at first and then suddenly you’re three hours deep, completely relaxed, and emotionally attached to a tiny wool creature you just made. Using special barbed needles, you sculpt loose wool fibers into solid shapes by repeatedly poking them. Yes, it’s stabbing. Yes, it’s therapeutic. Both things can be true.

It’s an easy craft to pick up, incredibly forgiving, and perfect for beginners, kids (with supervision), and adults who like their creativity served with a side of stress relief. No prior fiber experience required. If you can poke something repeatedly with enthusiasm, you’re already qualified.
