Refund policy

Yarn may not be returned if it is used, wound, or opened. Any unused yarn in original condition (subject to inspection) may be returned for store credit.

Needles, notions, books, (any non-yarn related items) may not be returned.

Classes or tutoring hours may not be refunded for no-show or cancelation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Classes may be transferred if discussed with Tracy 48 hours or more prior to the class.
