Technique Series - Knitting in the Round ✨🧶
Why knit flat when you can go full circle? Knitting in the round is the gateway to so many of the projects you've been dreaming about—cozy hats, toasty mittens, seamless sweaters, cowls, socks, and more. Once you learn the basics, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how to join your work without twisting, knit confidently on circular needles, keep track of your rounds, and avoid the most common pitfalls. It's easier than it looks, wildly satisfying, and opens the door to a whole new world of knitting possibilities.
Ready to stop knitting rectangles and start making the fun stuff? Grab your needles and let's get rolling!
Whether you're ready to venture beyond your comfort zone or simply want to knit with greater confidence and precision, this class will give you the skills, knowledge, and encouragement to take your knitting to the next level.
"Because great knitting isn't magic—it's mastering the craft, one technique at a time."
Instructor: Caitlin Piette
Class Dates: Saturday, October 3rd: 12 - 2 pm.
Class fee: $35.
Bring to class:
- yarn to knit with, smooth and light color is strongly suggested

Every knitter deserves a Fairy Godmother. Lucky for you, ours is the real deal.
Caitlin, called our Knitting Fairy Yarnmother affectionately by some of our regulars, has earned the title through years of mastering the craft and helping knitters discover just how capable they really are. With deep technical knowledge, an eye for detail, and a passion for teaching, she's ready to share the techniques that transform good knitters into confident, accomplished ones.
