That is so sad! You deserve happiness and fine things. Cast on a new project, the most squishy yarn, fun notions and instruction books, some new skills and fiber friends with a class... Plus, this habit is much better for your teeth than crack.

Technique Series - Cast Ons and Bind Offs ✨🧶

Every knitter deserves a Fairy Godmother. Lucky for you, ours is the real deal.

Caitlin, called our Knitting Fairy Yarnmother affectionately by some of our regulars, has earned the title through years of mastering the craft and helping knitters discover just how capable they really are. With deep technical knowledge, an eye for detail, and a passion for teaching, she's ready to share the techniques that transform good knitters into confident, accomplished ones.

The right cast-on and bind-off can take your knitting from "nice" to "whoa, did you make that?" Learn which cast-ons and bind-offs to use, and when, to enhance your knitting. Sometimes the smallest tweak makes the biggest difference, and the right edge is what turns a handmade project into a handmade masterpiece.

"Because great knitting isn't magic—it's mastering the craft, one technique at a time."
