That is so sad! You deserve happiness and fine things. Cast on a new project, the most squishy yarn, fun notions and instruction books, some new skills and fiber friends with a class... Plus, this habit is much better for your teeth than crack.

Meet Lottie, the kind of yarn that reminds you why wool is such a wonderful thing in the first place.

This is a two ply beautiful combination of 100% non-superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool by Queen City Yarn's friends at Feederbrook Farm, Lottie has all the natural character that makes wool lovers weak in the knees. Bluefaced Leicester (BFL, for those of us on a first-name basis with our sheep) is known for its beautiful luster, strength, and lovely drape. It's wool with a little elegance and a whole lot of personality. Will work perfectly as a substitute for Spin Cycle Yarn.

And because Lottie is non-superwash, you get to enjoy wool in its more natural state, with the wonderful ability to hold its shape and give your stitches the attention they deserve.

Let's talk color. This latest batch of Lottie is darker and less green than previous batches, bringing a fresh new personality to an already gorgeous yarn. Same lovely fiber, just a slightly different wardrobe. Colors will vary with screens.

Perfect for sweaters, shawls, accessories, and projects where you want the natural beauty of the fiber to shine. Lottie is the kind of yarn that doesn't need to make a scene to get noticed. Although, with these colors, she certainly isn't opposed to a little attention.

*CAVEAT* This yarn was purchased at SAFF and will not be available to be purchased at Shrimp and Knits after this runs out because it is usually sold only by Janis at her shop because of the collab with Feederbrook Farm. If you like it, grab it now!

Materials: 100% Non-Superwash Bluefaced Leicester Wool

Weight: DK

Yardage: 260 yards / 100 g

Needles: US 2-5

Yarn Care: Hand wash gently in cool water with wool wash and lay flat to dry.

A little wool wisdom: Because Lottie is non-superwash, avoid heat, agitation, and sudden temperature changes when washing unless you're deliberately trying to make something considerably smaller.
