Learn a new skill, discover a wonderful organization, and make a difference—one stitch at a time!  Demand for knockers continues to increase so we are encouraging our community to join in lend their hands!  

Join us for a free, hands-on class where we’ll introduce you to the organization behind Knitted Knockers and the meaningful work they do to provide handmade breast prostheses to those in need.

We’ll then get working using the provided patterns and offer instruction and support in how to knit or crochet your own Knitted Knockers using donated yarn from Low Country Shrimp and Knits. Whether you’re an experienced stitcher or new to this particular project, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, practice, and create something with purpose with a great group around you.

What to bring: Your own knitting needles for knitting in the round (US4) or crochet hooks suitable for DK-weight yarn. Stitch markers, at least one that is
