That is so sad!

You deserve happiness and fine things. Cast on a new project, the most squishy yarn, fun notions and instruction books, some new skills and fiber friends with a class...

Plus, this habit is much better for your teeth than crack.

Lang Yarns took their already dreamy Alpaca Soxx 4PLY and said, “You know what this needs? A little Andes magic.” Now every skein is hand-dyed in Peru, giving you one-of-a-kind color combos that look like they were pulled straight out of a mountain sunrise.

Made from 70% superfine alpaca (aka ridiculously soft) and 30% nylon (for durability, because socks take a beating), this yarn is perfect for—you guessed it—socks. But honestly, don’t stop there. Shawls, sweaters, mittens—anything that deserves warmth and softness gets an upgrade with this stuff.

And here’s the kicker: it’s machine washable (up to 40°C) thanks to Easywash, an eco-friendly enzyme treatment that ditches the harsh chemicals. Certified by Oeko-Tex, Bluesign, AND Reach—basically, it’s the gold star student of yarns.

Hand-dyed, soft, durable, and planet-approved. Knit it, wash it, love it, repeat.

Materials:  75% Virgin wool, 25% Nylon Superwash
Yardage: 420m / 100g
Needle size (mm): Ø 2½-3½ mm
Yarn weight: Sock / Baby / Fingering
Care instructions: Use detergent for fine wash without softener
