Celebrate Local Yarn Shop Day with a colorwork class! This is a lowcountry inspired colorwork cowl designed by our own instructor Hayley Carney! She will teach you how to knit up this gem and even add your own personalized touch to it. Techniques you will learn are knitting in the round, stranded colorwork (using 2 colors during the same round) and duplicate stitch.
The sample is knit in Knitting for Olive Merino and Pure Silk. Kits will be available if you'd like to knit it up with same colors, or let your imagination run wild and choose your own in a fingering weight yarn.
Instructor: Hayley Carney , pattern designer and knitting instructor
