Create your own little project bag using the “slip stitch mosaic” technique. Slip Stitch Mosaics are a way of creating a colorful designs by working with one strand and color of yarn for each row or round. No need to worry about carrying the yarn or creating floats for this fun little project.

Class Date: Saturday, October 5, 2024 1-3 pm

Please arrive at Low Country Shrimp and Knits 10 minutes before the start of class, with materials in hand. All classes will begin promptly at the scheduled time. 

Class fee: $50 for a 2-hour in-person session. Then when you have any questions, you make an appointment to get additional support so the project is at your own pace.

Project is best for: Beginners with an urge for something more, or anyone with fun scrap yarn they'd like to use up

Yarn: This is a terrific scrap-busting project! Bring ≈ 200 yards of worsted weight in different colors you'd like to use in your color way. Mini skeins are fun too! 10% discount is offered on yarn purchased at Low Country Shrimp and Knits for this class

Please note that yardage is estimated, and can vary between knitters and yarn used.

Needles: US size 6-9 in 16" circular needles

Notions: Stitch Marker, tapestry needle, scissors - whatever is in your notions bag!
