One of the most talked about patterns in Ravelry - Pressed Flowers! 

Learn to make the Pressed Flowers pattern - which uses the mosaic stitch. At 55" across and 22" deep at center, this is the perfect size to wrap around yourself. Perfect for a breezy night on the May River or a Spring dinner on the rooftop of Captain Woody's.

Pattern: Pressed Flowers by Amy Christophers (This pattern can be done in two weights: DK and Fingering and is included in the class fee)

Instructor: Tracy Winslow - Owner of Low Country Shrimp and Knits 

Dates: Saturday, April 15 from 2-4, second session determined by individual

Materials: Yarn For project-based classes we require your yarn to be purchased at Low Country Shrimp and Knits.  A 10% discount will be given on yarn and fiber purchased for use in our classes. 

You will need one of the following:

DK - 548 yards of Color 1 / 448 yards of Color 2 / and size 6 needles

or

Fingering - 415 yards of two colors and size 4 or 5 needles

Additional supplies: Stitch markers, and basic knitting supplies.

This class will be conducted in two sessions. The first will teach: mosaic techniques: cast on and learn the edge stitches.

The second session will teach: Continuing progress, switching colors option, and binding off. The second session will be taught when you are ready to start the border.

This pattern can be done in two weights: DK and Fingering and is included in the class fee.
