The shawl is worked in plain and stripe garter stitch. The addition of slip stitch pattern makes it visually interesting and adds textural interest.
“Axis” shawl is knit side to side on the bias which makes it drape beautifully. The design is simple yet fun to knit and perfect for any skill level. The shawl is big enough to cover shoulders yet light and airy to be worn as a scarf.
